A community neighborhood located in Broussard, Louisiana. Paige Place is named after Aimee and Cliff Guidry’s daughter, Paige Guidry.

A 220-unit apartment project in partnership with Stoa Group located in Lake Charles, Louisiana
STATE FARM
Build to suit by Guidry Land Development and Kent Design Build. Located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Owner Bradley Beck.
AMERICAN FACTORY DIRECT
Build to suit by Guidry Land Development and Kent Design Build. Located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Building was owned by Tim Bradley and Cliff Guidry, later sold to the Comeaux family. A second location is being developed by GLD/Kent in Gonzales, Louisiana.
THE SAX
Condominium project located in Broussard, Louisiana. “THE SAX” name was inspired by a famous saxophone player that was born in Broussard, Jean Baptiste ‘Illinois” Jacquet. Owner is Aimee and Cliff Guidry / ACTP Rentals, LLC. (ACTP stand for their children’s names, Alexis, Crystal, Talon, & Paige)

Approximately 230 acres industrial park located in Broussard, Louisiana. Home to the largest PPE manufacturing plant in the USA, Safesource Direct. The land development is a joint venture partnership with three local business leaders, Robert Minyard, Tim Bradley, and Cliff Guidry.
